Yoga on the Farm is led by seasoned instructor and Ayurvedic Specialist Kelly Daley. Participants can join her for Breathe & Flow Yoga Sunday mornings outside on our hilltop patio. This class is excellent for both beginners, as well as seasoned practitioners! You will be fully guided through holding poses, breath work and exploring what each pose has to offer YOU. Increase your flexibility, tune in to the healing rhythm of your breath, and explore movement as medicine.
All levels are welcome, classes are adult only.
