TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing tickets, visiting the property, participating in activities, or making purchases at Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard ("Harvest Moon"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

GENERAL PROPERTY TERMS

Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard operates on active agricultural property. Guests acknowledge that farm environments include uneven ground, gravel paths, natural terrain, farm equipment, animals, and other inherent risks. Guests agree to exercise caution at all times and wear appropriate footwear.

Harvest Moon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests enter the property at their own risk and assume responsibility for their personal belongings.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Harvest Moon reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate, without refund.

PET POLICY

For the safety of guests, farm animals, and staff, pets are not permitted on the property unless specifically stated otherwise for designated events. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

By entering Harvest Moon property or attending any Harvest Moon event, guests grant permission to Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard to photograph, film, or record video during their visit. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes without compensation.

Guests who do not wish to be photographed should notify staff upon arrival.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY

Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless specifically approved by Harvest Moon management.

Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification. Harvest Moon reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at its discretion.

Food and beverage offerings are subject to availability and may change without notice.

PARKING & VEHICLE POLICY

Parking is available on-site. Guests must follow posted signage and staff directions when entering and exiting the property.

Harvest Moon is not responsible for damage to vehicles or contents while parked on the property.

Guests must operate vehicles safely and obey all posted traffic and parking instructions.

TICKET SALES & PURCHASE POLICY

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Harvest Moon.

Tickets may not be resold, duplicated, or transferred without authorization.

Each guest must present a valid ticket for entry, either printed or displayed on a mobile device.

Harvest Moon reserves the right to limit attendance or close ticket sales at any time.

OUTDOOR EVENTS POLICY

Outdoor events take place in open-air environments and are subject to weather and environmental conditions. Events will take place as scheduled unless weather or other conditions make it unsafe or impractical to operate as deemed by Harvest Moon. If conditions require a change in date, events may be moved to a designated rain date, if applicable. Ticket holders will be notified by email on the day of the event if a cancellation or reschedule is necessary.

If both the original event date and designated rain date must be canceled, ticket holders will receive a voucher equal to the original ticket purchase value that may be used toward the purchase of a future Harvest Moon event.

Outdoor events may include loud music, lighting effects, crowds, and outdoor terrain. Guests assume responsibility for determining their own comfort and participation.

ACTIVITY & RIDE PARTICIPATION POLICY

Participation in rides and activities is voluntary. Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

Guests who fail to follow safety rules may be denied participation without refund.

Harvest Moon reserves the right to restrict participation based on safety considerations including age, height, physical condition, or behavior.

WEATHER POLICY

Weather conditions may impact operations. Harvest Moon reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel activities due to weather or safety concerns.

Guests acknowledge that weather decisions are made in the interest of safety.

VOUCHER & CREDIT POLICY

In the event that Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard cancels a ticketed event and the scheduled rain date cannot be held, ticket holders will receive a voucher equal to the original ticket purchase value.

Vouchers issued due to event cancellations may be used toward the purchase of a future ticketed event at Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard. Vouchers may be applied to events of equal or greater value. If the selected future event has a higher ticket price than the original purchase, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference at the time of booking.

Vouchers are valid only for future ticketed events and may not be used for food, beverages, merchandise, or other on-site purchases unless otherwise specified.

Vouchers have no cash value, are non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be replaced.

Harvest Moon reserves the right to establish expiration dates for vouchers issued. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers will remain valid for use through the end of the calendar year in which they are issued.

Vouchers must be redeemed in accordance with event availability and capacity limits. Possession of a voucher does not guarantee admission to a specific event or date without advance booking.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, vendors, and other guests.

Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

• Disruptive or aggressive behavior 
• Unsafe conduct 
• Intoxication or disorderly conduct 
• Damage to property 
• Failure to follow staff instructions 

Harvest Moon reserves the right to remove any guest violating these rules without refund.

LIABILITY NOTICE

By entering Harvest Moon property, guests acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in activities that involve inherent risks associated with outdoor and agricultural environments.

Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and that of minors in their care.

Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from participation in activities or presence on the property, except where required by law.

MERCHANDISE & PURCHASE POLICY

(Retail items, farm products, café items, and general merchandise)

Sales are final on the following items: jewelry, produce, plants, groceries, and café items, including prepared foods and beverages. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Other non-perishable retail merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returned merchandise must be in unused and resalable condition, with original packaging when applicable.

Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements or shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Product availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

RIGHT TO MODIFY TERMS

Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Harvest Moon website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
